Inria Berlin members were spotted this month at NeurIPS, arguably the most prestigious scientific conference worldwide on machine learning and AI, which took place this year in San Diego for the main part, with satellite events in Mexico and Copenhagen in parallel.
Inria Berlin scientific director Emmanuel Baccelli and FU Berlin PhD candidate Zhaolan Huang attended the conference to present their work on msf-CNN, a new optimization technique enabling ultra memory efficiency for convolutional artificial neural network inference on resource-constrained devices.
